Keep it simple stupid
PQQ are perceived to be difficult and complex to complete. The first problem is the way they are written and what information they are asking for is in a foreign language. They ask for statistics and evidence, when we first look at the PQQ we should answer any of the questions we understand first and then look at what’s left. Make sure you allow enough time to achieve the deadline. If you don’t have time or the questions don’t make sense, get help as soon as possible. Successfully completion of the PQQ is your gate way to future contracts of a higher value.
Take your time and read through the PQQ. The document will be broken in sections:
So break it down into chunks, complete the questions which understand or have the evidence for and then look at the more complexed questions. Remember we all know different stuff, so we can’t know everything.
Keep the answers simple, you will be expected to demonstrate how you achieve and show evidence that you carry this out.
Allow sufficient time
Read the questions
Answer the ones you understand
If you need support ask for help
Do not wait until it too late
Stay safe & get in touch
